About this event.

Thomas Jefferson's personal library is the founding nucleus of the Library of Congress. Henry E. Huntington's collection became the Huntington. The story of private collectors transmitting material to public institutions IS the America 250 story, and it places CHF's work in that long lineage.

What you can expect.
